We offer a variety of delicious dishes from all over India, ranging from Saarso Ka Saag and Makke Ki Roti from Punjab, Bajre Ki Khichdi and Baigan Kalunji from Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, to steaming Momos from Sikkim and Ghee loaded Litti Chokha from Bihar. Our menu includes a variety of Poha from Madhya Pradesh, Gatte Ki Sabji from Rajasthan, and the softest Khandvi from Gujrat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We use the freshest vegetables, homemade spices, handpicked grains directly from farmers, and oil from our farm to preserve the goodness of home-cooked food. Our chefs do not use any taste enhancers, preservatives, or artificial colors for presentation, preferring to use only genuine ingredients. We avoid using refined oil in our food preparation and utilize only RO water not only for cooking, but also for washing, cutting, and peeling. We do not use synthetic cream in our dishes, and our gravies are made fresh during lunch and dinner to maintain optimal freshness.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our food is prepared with only natural and pure ingredients, free from soda. Sourcing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Our ingredients are sourced directly from farmers in Uttarakhand and Rajasthan, as well as from regions such as Pratapgarh, Jaunpur, and Bulandshahr in Uttar Pradesh. All of our spices and oils are approved by FSSAI, and we purchase fresh vegetables daily, hand-picking them to ensure quality. Our food is prepared using in-house cold-pressed mustard oil, olive oil and desi ghee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
